Submission Guidelines Articles and news items should be submitted to the editor at least a month prior to the month of publication (one month before January, April, July, and October). Please place ARTICLE in the subject line. Please see the copyright statement regarding publication rights. All topics related to any realm of emerging technology (people, projects, financial, etc.) are welcomed. Articles should be edited prior to submission and may be further edited by the newsletter staff to conform to the newsletter's editorial style.
