A Slow Second

The last time the newsletter was published, February 2003, there wasn't another issue. When we published our February issue this year, it was hoped that the newsletter would begin a quarterly publication cycle. Obviously, that has not happened yet. Other STC obligations have usurped the time necessary to complete this issue. A quarterly cycle, or better, is still the target. 

We have several people who have volunteered to help with the newsletter, and maybe that will get things rolling a bit smoother.
