Judy Fisher is a principal consultant for Virtual Vision, Inc. specializing in usability evaluation and technical communication. She has worked for IBM, KnowledgeWare and CD Group developing documentation and performing usability evaluation. Judy has presented at several previous STC conferences and has taught workshops in usability engineering and testing.
