Thanks for excellent online newsletter. I am a member of the SIG because I am editor of the newsletter of the international SIG. I joined all the other active SIGs for benchmarking purposes. Being a member of the Online SIG turns out to have other advantages -- good information and inspiration too.

Some years ago I founded the Quality SIG. I think these groups have tremendous value, and I thank you and Karen for your work.
