Only requires a few hours.
This job is now considerably easier since STC implemented a database with standard reports that we can download ourselves. The main responsibility is to send a welcome email to new members. A report listing only new members is available as a quick download in Excel. We have a good job description written and this position takes only about an hour or so per month.
