Dawnell K. Claessen, SIG Manager

Dawnell K. Claessen is a Technical Communicator, Documentation Specialist, and Information Policy Analyst with more than 20 years experience.

Dawnell’s career is focused on developing highly structured documentation packages to support security certification and accreditation processes in the Military Health System.

Dawnell is employed by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) where she has worked on many projects in support of software development life cycle process and security certifications.

Dawnell has a Masters of Library and Information Science Degree in Federal Information Policy from the University of Texas at Austin. She is Senior Member of STC and is active in the Space Tech Community in her home state of Florida and coordinates the Conference Proposals for the Policy and Procedures SIG Community.
