Lois Marsh, SIG Co-Manager
Lois Marsh leads a team of P&P specialists at BMO Financial Group in Toronto, Canada.
Her first communications role was in music, as an opera and recital singer. Her "day job" as proofreader and copy writer eventually morphed into her present role as business analyst and technical communicator.
She joined the P&P SIG in 1999.
