Electronic delivery of instructions for use

December 30, 2005. In December 2002, the US Congress passed a law with an addendum that explictly allowed for electronic delivery of IFUs, including delivery on the internet. In Europe, the regulatory agencies are in the process of rewriting guidance that it is hoped will allow for electronic delivery.
