Welcome to a new year! 

The Usability SIG would like your feedback on the services of the SIG. Your responses will help us determine where the SIG is doing well and where we can improve.

Your participation will help us determine where the SIG is doing well and where we can improve our services to you. The survey covers the newsletter, the SIG e-mail list and Web site, characteristics of the Usability SIG, and demographics.

Reasons for conducting the survey:

• To reduce publication costs, the Society is encouraging Chapters and SIGs to publish their newsletter online. The Usability SIG is resistant to eliminating a hard copy newsletter without strong member agreement.
• You join the Usability SIG to learn about usability. One of the important benefits of the membership is the newsletter. We do our best to cover a variety of topics and themes, but we would like your opinions on how we can improve quality and content.
• In addition to learning how you prefer your newsletter, we'd also like to know if you have constraints to online delivery and what those are (e.g., slow connection times, lack of convenient access, and inconvenience).
