Selling Usability

A colleague of mine [Bob] did something interesting when he was laid off in Chicago and before he joined Ameritech. He called up the Chicago Sun Times and offered his services in doing a piece on usability. A nice article with his picture and his pronouncements on the importance of usability was the result. He was doing consulting at the time and it was a nice way to bring in work.
