- Any restrictions (for example, only for sessions in your facility)
- If you have a facility, does it have:
- Interview rooms (no observation capability)
- Market research rooms (mirrors or digital observation capability, observation rooms and recording capability)
- Usability setup (record from screen, picture in picture or other techniques)
- Any remote capabilities you offer, such as remote observation
- If you offer or can help arrange translation services
